OVERVIEW Quick and Safe Waterless Washing for All Finishes. Werkstat Quick Wash makes maintaining that just-washed look fast and safe. Formulated with a novel combination of surfactants, emulsifiers, and lubricating agents, Q/W allows light surface contaminants to be wiped away without scratching. The neutral formula is designed for use on all finish systems, including carnauba & synthetic waxes and polymer & acrylic sealants. Quick Wash has quickly become the most used product here at the Werkstat. A quick mist and light toweling reveal the brilliance lurking under the accumulation of dust and detritus from daily vehicle use. In a matter of minutes before work in the morning or before going out on the town in the evening, a vehicle can be cleaned and ready to go. Quick Wash makes it too easy not to enjoy a brilliant vehicle every day! Safely use on all exterior vehicle surfaces: clearcoats, single stage paints, trim, wheels, chrome, glass, and metalwork. Not recommended for cloth convertible tops. 500 mL Designed to be used over light to moderate surface dirt. For moderate to heavy soiling, stick with AutoBody Wash and the two-bucket method. Made in the USA from German and American ingredients. INFO & TIPS It usually only takes one or two sprays of QW per body panel. However, more Wash can be used for more soiled vehicles. Only use as much as you need; excessive volume is simply excess. Keep a bottle of Quick Wash and a clean microfiber towel in the car for unexpected bird droppings and environmental fallout. Better to remove harmful substances as quickly as possible to prevent etching of the paint. FAQ Can Quick Wash be used to touchup wheels? Yes. And if you do this, please use a microfiber towel that is dedicated for wheel use only. Never use the same towel for wheels and for bodywork. Metallic brake dust from the wheels is not good for your paint. When is a surface too dirty to use Quick Wash? There are no rules; you just have to use your best judgment. If dirt is dried and caked on the surface, a traditional two-bucket wash is probably better. For many folks, using Quick Wash every few days prevents the vehicle from ever getting that dirty! When should I use Quick Wash instead of Glos? Use Glos whenever you feel the surface needs a bit of a refresher. For some folks, that means every day or two! For others, that means weekly or monthly or after every car wash. Quick wash, being more economical, is usually preferred for daily to weekly between-wash cleanings. There are no rules, just personal preference. DIRECTIONS 1. PREPARE: Shake well. Surface should preferably be cool. 2. SPRAY a light coat of Wash onto the vehicle. Less is more. Typically, one to two sprays per panel is sufficient. Aim to evenly cover the panel with a uniform distribution of Wash. 3. SPREAD over a small area with a plush microfiber towel, like the M-Fibre Plush towel. Fold the towel to a pad roughly 8”x8”. Refold to expose a clean section as necessary. 4. WIPE DRY using light pressure until all Wash has flashed off and the paint is clear and haze free. Flip to the dry side of the towel on the final pass for perfect results. |
